Animating local history of Bermondsey and Rotherhithe through song!
Bermondsey like you’ve never seen it before. The streets came alive with songs, stories and dance - taking the audience on a journey through the area’s radical past.
From Ada Salter’s garden city vision to the golden days of biscuit-making at Peek Freans, this walking tour reimagined local history animated through the songs and sounds of its past. All performed live by The People’s Company - right where it happened.
